Shipping Policy — Brighton Jars & Bottles

Order Processing

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Orders submitted before 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day will enter the processing queue the same day. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard processing time is 24–48 business hours.

Shipping Times

Transit times vary by destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Packaging & Breakage

Brighton Jars & Bottles packages all glassware using protective materials designed to minimize breakage during transit.

If any portion of your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

  • Photos of the outer shipping box

  • Photos of the internal packaging

  • Photos clearly showing the damaged items

Failure to provide sufficient photographic evidence may limit or void eligibility for compensation.

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
